about

who we are

tmp is a leading provider of turnkey, merchandise-based marketing solutions for brands with national and global reach. We are a partnership between two Michigan businesses: Duffey Petrosky, a national brand advertising agency with exceptional direct marketing and catalog credentials; and EPI, a marketing services provider with state-of-the-art fulfillment, printing and promotion capabilities. Together, we offer 58 years of experience and combined revenues of $200 million.

tmp offers unique and creative solutions that promote and extend brand identity, reinforce corporate initiatives, promote new products, and drive customer and employee loyalty. We deliver these solutions through a managed system of technology, people, and creative thinking.

tmp’s merchandising team has over 160 years of collective experience in licensing, premium and promotional merchandising, and a long track record of merchandising innovation. We focus on developing long-term, value-based partnerships with our clients. These relationships are based on the principles of creativity, innovation, value and outstanding service.

To this end, we immerse ourselves in our clients’ brands, becoming an extension of their marketing function, and their expert partner in the complicated space of premiums and promotional offers, e-commerce, direct marketing, and catalog merchandising.

Many of the current brands we represent have chosen tmp based on our ability to innovate and interpret trends, and build custom merchandise solutions that directly address the brand’s objectives and consumer perception. Whether it’s a single solution or an intricate multi-channel Initiative, tmp has the in-house resources and built-in quality control systems to deliver the most complex assignments.

what we do

tmp’s mission is to provide a turnkey single source merchandising and marketing solution that will generate incremental revenues from audiences with a strong attachment and commitment to your brand.

Our objective in any client partnership is to protect brand identity while maximizing revenue share and royalties through merchandise sales to both internal and external audiences. We take the worry and risk out of on-line marketing and merchandising allowing client’s to concentrate on their core business.

As a private label e-commerce and merchandising partner, tmp is invisible to the audiences served. All audience interaction is through the brand’s storefronts, and all of the services and marketing communications carry the brand’s identity, without mention of tmp. The brand pre-approves every element of a tmp program to ensure that all offerings are consistent with the mission and vision of the brand.
